Johnny considers hair an extension of one’s personal beauty and takes great pride in his attention to detail and commitment to impeccable customer care. He truly believes that you shine brighter from the inside if you feel better about how you look on the outside.

A veteran of 15 years in the hair industry, Johnny honed his craft working with top industry educators such as Tony & Guy, Bumble & Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, and John Sahag. This intense training helped him to develop into one of the country’s most skilled hairstylists. A very gratifying part of his career is the classes that he now teaches to up & coming hair stylists, as he enjoys imparting his advice into the next generation.

Johnny is thrilled to be a part of Maalouf Beauty, as one of his lifetime goals has been achieved.

Finding herself in a new atmosphere with eleven years in the industry under her belt, Stephanie has found that wherever she goes her talent lies in her hands. Years spent on perfecting a haircut that best suits her client is evidence that the magic is not in the scissors.

From New York to Chicago, from Bumble and Bumble to Redken, passion and patience has opened the doors for this talented artist. Stephanie’s attention to detail has lead her to have one of the biggest male followings in the greater Detroit area.

Fashion shows, Photo Shoots, Commercials & Charity Events have all played a strong creative roll in allowing Stephanie to consistently find inspiration to give to her clients.

Scotty’s commitment to education has taken him to the next level of his craft. A Redken color trained expert he uses color to bring out the essence of every individual. Scotty sees the medium of hair as a material to create simple, thought-provoking styles. In much of his work Scotty fuses the sharp and the bold, with the soft and the beautiful.

Being in the beauty industry for twelve years with a concentration on styling has gained him a strong following. Whether on your wedding day or a special occasion his unique styling skills will always make you feel beautiful.

A former New Yorker this gifted talent is truly a hidden gem, it’s no wonder her parents named her Jewells. Her awareness of client’s intricacies  has allowed her to develop her own style. Creating contemporary femininity and glamour with an edgy, bohemian sensibility sets her apart from the rest.

Having been in the presence of major shoots with Victoria Beckham and editorials for Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair & Citizen K magazine (to name a few) will allow her to give the women of Birmingham something new and exciting.

William

William’s education and experiences has built him a solid infrastructure in the craft of coloring, cutting and styling hair. Based on his strong belief in protecting the integrity of the hair, he has created his own innovative techniques to give you the color, cut, and style you desire while preserving the healthiness of your hair.

William’s sweet demeanor and calm work ethics allow him to focus on what he is doing for his clientele. Specializing in the Brazilian Keratin straightening process one will witness his expertise and perfectionism. “It’s a process that needs a lot of attention,” he says, and the results are amazing.

Amanda
Hairstylist

Amanda’s love for fashion and the entertainment industry keeps her inspired and excited to be on the fore-front of developements in pop culture.

Attending TIGI cutting classes, her excellent color skills and extensive Kerastase training have culminated in her becoming an amazing stylist in the Detroit area.

Having been in the business for five years now she has worked for ESPN, fashion shows and charity events.

Welcome into Kurt’s world where feel good energy, humor and warm attention lives and thrives. Magic is the key element to Kurt’s amazing shampoo treatment massage.

Working closely with Johnny on a day to day basis has led him to understand what the women of Birmingham desire.
